Overview

Strengthen your leadership, build your child's resilience, and manage the transition to adulthood

Support your young person through the journey to adulthood.

The transition from childhood to being a young adult can be complex and challenging—both for the child and the parent. This workshop is designed to help you navigate this phase with confidence, empathy, and care.

Build Resilience and Leadership

Our "Parenting Young People" session focuses on strengthening your role as a leader in your home. We explore how to build deeper relationships and improve the social and emotional skills that are vital for a young person’s wellbeing and future success.

What we will cover:

  • Developing Self-Esteem: Helping your young person feel confident and secure in who they are.
  • Building Resilience: Practical ways to give them the tools to "bounce back" from life’s challenges.
  • Managing the Transition: Understanding the emotional shifts as they move toward adulthood.
  • Leadership at Home: Refining your role as a supportive guide and mentor.

Accessible and Affordable We want this support to be available to all parents. These sessions are held online via Zoom, allowing you to join a supportive community of parents from the comfort of your own home.
