This Parents and Carers Information Evening is designed to welcome you to the College, introduce you to some of the people who will be working with your young person and provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Schedule:
5.30pm - 6pm: Drop in to talk with student support teams regarding careers, finance, transport, accommodation, additional learning support and progression routes
6pm - 6.15pm: Welcome by the Vice-Principal, Beth Curtis, who will provide you with an overview of Riseholme College to help you gain a better understanding of the college’s processes and procedures, key dates, enrichment opportunities and our online parent portal
6.15pm – 7pm: Departmental information sessions: Learn more about what your young person has been doing so far this academic year and plans for the rest of the year
7pm: Event closes
Due to limited seating, we kindly request that your young person does not attend this event with you, unless absolutely necessary.
Please note that we will be running our traditional parents evenings later on in the academic year, invites for these will be sent out in due course.
