About this Event
Join us for an interactive webinar for advice and support to help children aged 5-12 manage emotions, with a focus on worry. It will include practical, fun activities for your child to join in with.
• Emotional Resilience
• How to make and use a worry box or jar
• Just One Norfolk Emotional Health resources
• Relaxation and breathing exercises
Within the session you may need access to the following to join in:
• An old box or clean jar
• Coloured pens, pencils or crayons
• Spare wrapping paper, coloured paper or old magazines and glue
• A writing pen or pencil
• A piece of paper, small notepad or post its
