Parish Safeguarding Officer Induction Course

This course is for all Parish Safeguarding Officers in the Diocese of Chester.

Pre-course requirements

• Completion of Basic and Foundation level safeguarding courses
• Pre-course reading sent out prior to the session.

Content

To equip learners with an understanding of the role of the Parish Safeguarding Officer and induct them into key working practices and relationships.

Assessment

• Post course work to be returned prior to certificates being issued.
