This dynamic outdoor workout blends core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the energizing pace of HIIT - all low impact.

Led by Rhi, a ballet-trained instructor certified in HIIT Pilates, this class brings spin-class intensity to a low-impact, full-body format.

Whether you're a seasoned fitness lover or just starting out, this session is designed to challenge and empower all levels.

Come move, sweat, and sculpt - while soaking up the fresh air and good vibes!

We'll finish up the class with an iced latte, the price of which is included in your ticket 💕

Timings

➡️ 10.45: Arrive & Set-up

➡️ 11.00 -11.45: Pilates Session

➡️ 11.45 - 12.15: Iced Latte time - feel free to leave whenever suits you

🐶 My cavapoo puppy Bella will also be there - she is very friendly and will give lots of cuddles!

A yoga or Pilates mat, a water bottle, sunscreen, and a towel if you'd like.

Comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Layers are great in case the weather changes.

Nope! This class is open to all fitness levels, including beginners.

4. Is it really low-impact?

Yes! While the class is high-energy and includes HIIT elements, it’s designed to be gentle on the joints and low-impact.

5. How long is the class?

Each session runs for 45 minutes.

6. What happens if it rains?

We’ll notify you by email or text with updates. In case of bad weather, we may reschedule or offer a refund.

7. Can I drop in or do I need to book ahead?

You need to book to reserve your spot.

8. Is it suitable if I’m pregnant or have an injury?

Please consult with your doctor first. Let Rhi know before class so she can offer modifications as needed.

9. Is there parking nearby?

Yes, street is available nearby. (e.g. Millbrook Road) - this is usually free parking on Saturdays, but do check to be sure.

10. Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Just make sure they sign up in advance.
