Park Run - Cassionbury

We’re going to the Harrow Recreation Ground for a 5K park run with dozens from the local community! Come set a new personal best, tour the park for the first time, or just enjoy the Saturday morning fresh air. 

We’ll be meeting at reception at 8:15 am to give us enough time to walk to the recreation ground (this isn’t Byron Park: it’s further southwest behind the big Tesco). This should give us enough time to get there, hear the instructions, and line up at the starting point.
