Come and join a new health walk that gives you the ability to increase your fitness on a set loop. week by week. You choose your distance and pace in the half hour slot. One leisurely lap in 30 minutes, two brisk laps or three power walking laps. Finish the 3 laps within 30 minutes and go for a sub 30 leader time.
Suitable for any age or any ability with a trained walk leader giving you support.
