The Ada Scotland Festival have been working with University of Stirling, Edinburgh Napier University, and Skills Development Scotland to investigate what makes for a successful activity in terms of encourage women and girls to consider careers in tech.
We have distilled our research into the Participant-Centred Planning framework, which supports people organising such events; then successfully piloted it.
Now we want to share it with you to encourage Ada Scotland Festival partners (new and old) to use the framework from inspiration to evaluation for their Ada Scotland Festival 2022 event.
This short online workshop will introduce you to the framework and further support. There will be opportunities for discussion and Q&A and the beginnings of excitement about the Ada Scotland Festival 2022.
