Event description

Description

Bermondsey's Partizan Brewery are taking over five taps at the Sutton Arms on the 26th of April along with a tutured Beer & Cheese tasting in our cosy upstairs bar!

We can only limit the tasting to 20 people in our upstairs bar but all five beers will be on in the main bar if you do miss out on a ticket!

For £12 you will recieve five thirds of Partizan beer along with three different cheeses from Neal's Yard.

The beers you will be tasting along with tasting notes are as follows:

IPA (chinook, cascade, citra) 6% - This is an IPA to watch out for! Dry hopped 25% more than usual this delicious brew carries soft notes of resin, pine needles and fresh peaches. Rich in body and silky smooth, with well-balanced hop flavours of ripened pink grapefruit and hoppy bitter finish.

Porter 4.6% - A true representation of a London Porter, this is light in body, dark ruby in colour with bags of milk chocolate, coffee and a mild caramel undertone in flavour. Delectably drinkable!

Atomium Belgian Pale Motueka 4.5% - Atomium pours light in colour and body. Single-hopped with Motueka and fermented with Flemish yeast, this hoppy Belgian-style Pale Ale carries notes of citrus and tropical fruit that is complemented by the spice of Coriander seed and the floral qualities of the yeast. Finishing dry, crisp and bitter, it's a delectable Belgian Pale for Spring!

Table Juice 3% -Table Juice contains notes of citrus pith and stone fruit with a great bitter finish on the palate that is clean and crisp. Pale and clear in colour, it has a good body and big flavour and aromas of tropical fruit, resin and pine. Ridiculously refreshing and session-able AF, this is a small beer with BIG flavour!

Lychee & Rose Martini Saison 4.2% - Pale in colour with a delicate mouth-feel. The aroma and flavour of fresh lychees and rose are perfectly complemented by the esters of the Saison yeast. A small dry-hop of Simcoe, high in geraniol, compliments these additions and keeps this very much tasting like a beer rather than a cocktail. This is one of our favourite collaborations with award-winning cocktail bartender Alex Kratena!
