Partner of head of mission workshop including light lunch

ACET-VEEDA will organise the fourth edition of the workshop for partners of Heads of Mission. It addresses accompanying persons who recently became or will, for the first time, be in the position as the partner of a Head of Mission as well as experienced partners of Heads of Mission, partners of Consuls General and Heads of Cooperation Offices. The goal of this workshop is to create a platform for exchange and information among partners of Heads of Mission with representation and management tasks.

At this year’s Workshop we will talk about:

Residence employees:

• Interaction of local employees and PHOM (Status, Hierarchy – Chain of command)

• Possible management challenges (Mobbing, Loyalty, change resistance etc.)

• Teamwork, - spirit, - mentality and how to deal with it

• How to overcome challenges? Help? Contacts? Procedures?

The workshop language is english.
