Many of us who lead partnerships in schools are being asked to prepare impact reports to share with stakeholders and online. Where do we begin with collating data, pictures, narrative for this? Where can we turn to for help or exemplars?

Kat Portman-Smith is Director of Community Engagement at Tonbridge School. She launched her school's first Community and Partnerships Impact Report in April 2025 so has first-hand experience of the challenges and how to overcome them.

Kat's presentation of 30 minutes will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
