In this webinar, Heidi Heinemann, Education Partnerships, People & Culture Lead at The Roots Programme, will share strategies for successful cross-sector student encounters.

She will be joined by students who have experienced cross-sector collaborations and will reflect on what worked well.

In particular:

what should we be considering when planning a student engagement from differing schools or backgrounds
being sensitive to cultural or other differences
preparing the students themselves
practicalities, e.g. uniform or no uniform, timing, meals?
what can we learn from the students' reflections?

Heidi's presentation of 30 minutes will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions.

The recording of the presentation (not Q&A) will be made available to those registered.
