Bio's

Judie Ellis, Director of Wrekin Forest School C.I.C

Judie has a broad background from nursing in London to caring for adults with severe additional needs to working for four years as a teaching assistant in primary and secondary schools. She then was a primary school teacher for sixteen years.

As a farmer’s daughter, she has always had a passion for the great outdoors in whatever form that takes. It was this passion for both teaching and being outside that lent itself to becoming a Forest School Leader.

In 2013 Judie acquired the forty-acre woodland from her sister's farm and the story of Wrekin Forest School CIC began.

Hannah de Quincey, Artistic Director of Moonstruck Astronaut C.I.C.

Hannah is a theatre director and drama teacher. In her twenties, she studied English at Oxford University (BA 1999-2001) and Theatre Directing at Birkbeck College (MFA 2005-2007). As part of her Masters in Theatre Directing, she trained with the Unicorn Theatre for Children and London Bubble community theatre.

Hannah gained her PGCE in Drama teaching at Goldsmiths in 2010-11 and went on to teach drama at Sevenoaks School in Kent (2012-2014) and at Concord College in Shropshire (2014-2017) where she also directed and developed a number of high-quality productions.
