They will talk about how through developing a strong brand and a genuine "we are all in it together" approach, the Ageless Thanet Club has transformed their older people communities.

You will hear first hand from the partners involved who will bring their approach to life by sharing their journey and the ways in which their partnership working has evolved and flourished.

This is an interactive webinar which will provide an opportunity to ask questions and delve in to the team's wealth of insight and learning, perhaps transfering some of the ingredients from their co-production recipe in to your own partnership working.
