By Community Clay Newham

Overview

Learn to design and lead your own creative workshop—plan, engage, inspire, and run sessions that truly connect!

The Pass It On Project is a bold new community initiative designed to empower members of underrepresented communities to share their cultural and creative talents. Our vision is to create a vibrant platform where skills, traditions, and creativity are celebrated, exchanged, and passed on -building confidence, connection, and pride within the community.

Making it safe, accessible, and sustainable.

This session focuses on the practical side of running workshops safely and confidently. We’ll cover essentials like risk assessments, DBS checks, accessibility, and insurance — plus branding, pricing, and promotion to help you present your offer professionally.
