Description

Alexandra first became involved in military history through contributions, both on screen and through reszearch to a series of television Documentaries aired from 2009 onwards including 'Fighting the Red Baron', WW1 Tunnels of Death - The Big Dig' and a feature about the Lusitania Disaster. As an impressive and passionate writer, she has produced several books, one about the Great War history of her beloved Chelsea FC, another chronicling the experience of the boys of Eton School during the First World War, the well known and highly regarded 'Somme - 141 Days, 141 Lives and most recently, 'Passchendaele - 103 Days in Hell'. Alexandra is also currently working on a Biography of George V and his time during the Great War. A rising star of military history, this is sure to be a talk not to miss.
