Description

Making your own pasta dough using our specialist flours, you will make two different sauces along with three different types of pasta including; tagliatelle, stuffed ravioli and farfalle. Constructing ravioli in two different ways accompanied by a delicious salad. You will be enjoying a delicious Italian feast for lunch with a traditional style cake!

We prefer to work with smaller groups (from 3 - 8 people) as we feel that you will receive the greatest benefit from studying and baking in a more personal environment. Students can enjoy a 10% discount, as well as those making group bookings.

Certificate of achievement awarded on successful completion of a course. A vegetarian lunch is provided.
