The self-proclaimed 'Chief Excitement Officer' Margaret Carter will be joining us on 11th May. You really don’t want to miss this event.
Margaret is an entrepreneur who went from Chile to pâté as head of one of Wales’ most successful food firms, the Patchwork Traditional Food Company.
The Patchwork Traditional Food Company was established over 30 years ago. It was started by Margaret in her Victorian Shooting Lodge in Llandegla. She moved the company to Ruthin in 1987 where it has flourished ever since. The company speciality is their handmade pate for which they have world renowned having exported to countries as far afield as Japan and Bermuda. They have recently started to export to Malaysia and even have the product manufactured under licence in the USA. The products are all made in small batches and although they are now produced in a state of the art food factory they are still made to the original recipes that Margaret used all those years ago in Llandegla.
Margaret will be bringing along some of her award-winning pâté to buy on the night.
