Pathfinder is a service funded by NHS England and run by Axis Counselling. It supports individuals aged 18 and older who have been affected by sexual violence or abuse. The program is designed to help those dealing with complex mental health challenges or other factors that make it difficult to process trauma

The Pathfinder Service offers specialised training programs for professionals who engage with individuals affected by sexual violence. These training sessions are structured to enhance the professionals' ability to identify the signs and symptoms of sexual violence, challenge prevalent myths and barriers, and implement trauma-informed practices. Critical topics addressed in the training include effective management of disclosures, among others.

The training spans two days and is conducted online.
