We are pleased to invite you to a free webinar for NHS commissioners, local authority and health service leaders about how to improve outcomes for your homeless population, save money, and shift demand from hospital to community.Join us to find out how you can:

• Improve outcomes in acute and mental health Trusts through an evidence-based approach to better management of homeless patients.
• Give a more effective, safer response to patients who are homeless, and prevent people being discharged back to the street.
• Generate wider system benefits and savings, including moving care from acute settings to the community.
