A 3-in-1 workshop event suitable for those wishing to start, or return to a holistic approach to deep health

Step into Fitness and Nutrition

This session will look at how behaviours and habits linked with our diet and exercise patterns affect our physical and mental health. You will learn about strategies and techniques that can significantly enhance your approach to both of these areas. The interactive discussion will include setting achievable goals that are unique to your needs. There will be a practical element focusing on exercises that use minimal equipment so that they can incorporated into your daily routine. Session lead by Kirsty North a Personal Fitness Trainer, trainee Nutrition Coach and founder of Right Time Personal Training.

Step in to Mindfulness and Tranquility

This session will include meditation and movement to help improve awareness and the ability to live in the
present moment. Science shows mindfulness can reduce stress, improve focus, and even boost your physical health. It slows the information that we receive to a trickle, helping to both enhance concentration and induce relaxation. Mindfulness meditation is about falling awake and giving yourself time to just be. There will be short varied meditations to show how you can adapt mindful practice to suit your own lifestyle. The session instructor is Sami Smith, a Mindfulness teacher accredited by Mindfulness Now.

Step in to Emotional Resiliance and Self Belief

This session shows how to declutter and rewire the mind in order to become more creative, motivated and free of those limiting decisions which can hold you back. You will experience simple but effective NLP techniques, as well as self-hypnosis strategies which are designed to change old habits no longer of use and help you envisage new potential.This practice enables growth towards a more self-confident, motivated and focused mindset. Session instructor is Lynne Plaza is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and founder of Mind My World Personal Coaching.
