Are you unemployed and looking to build confidence, learn practical skills, and explore new career paths? Join our Pathways into Property course – a free 8-week programme designed to help you unlock opportunities in the Property sector.

🗓️ October Cohort Dates (Cohort 2): Monday 20th Oct - Friday 12th December 2025

• In-person workshop: Wednesday 22nd October: 10am - 4pm
• Weekly Zoom sessions: Wednesdays (29th Oct, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th Nov,3rd Dec) 10am–12pm
• Final in-person workshop: Wednesday 10th December 2025, 10am–4pm

• Unemployed adults (18+) living in Tendring
• Anyone curious about self-employment or the property industry
• People wanting to improve confidence, professionalism, and practical skills

Note: Each person may only attend one cohort. Limited to 12 participants per group.

Week 2 (Zoom): Customer Service & Professionalism

Week 3 (Zoom): How to Conduct a Property Viewing

Week 4 (Zoom): Intro to Property Management & Tenant Support

Week 5 (Zoom): Listings, Enquiries & Admin

Week 6 (Zoom): Inventories & Check-In/Out

Week 7 (Zoom): Micro-Work, Freelancing & Landlords

Week 8 (In-Person): Mock Viewing & Progression Planning
