Pathways to Start: Skills & Mentoring Information Sessions
Overview
If you have a business idea which you want to explore, we’ll help you build the confidence, connections, and skills to make it happen.
This 6-week fully funded programme runs one day a week and includes weekly mentoring sessions, giving you practical support and guidance to make those first steps in turning your ideas into a business.
- Learn from experienced mentors who’ve been where you are.
- Develop practical skills to plan, build, and manage your business.
- Join a supportive community of like-minded people.
- Get ongoing mentoring to guide your progress every week.
- Access a business support grant to help bring your dreams to life.

Pathways to Start is funded by Highlands and Islands Enterprise and delivered by UHI Moray Employability Team in partnership with CJM Lumina.
Pathways to Start will start January 2026, with a deadline of 5th December to register your interest.
