Join us for Hillingdon Patient Access Engagement Forum!

Overview

We welcome patients to learn about changes and ongoing plans to improve patient access into local primary care services.

Reflecting on the recent Patient Access survey results, the event will address common themes raised by patients across Hillingdon.

This forum is a great opportunity to connect with fellow patients, healthcare professionals, and community members. Together, we can work towards improving access to quality healthcare services in our area.

What is Patient Access?

General practice is at the heart of the NHS and the first port of call to managing your health, through a range of clinical pathways and provider organisations. So access to effective services is essential to supporting both your health and the effectiveness of the health system as a whole.

The perception of whether good access is shaped by individual needs and specific experiences, which changes throughout our lifetime. Good access, therefore, means different things to different people. We want to hear what means from you!

Who is welcome?

We are welcoming patients from the following surgeries that are part of Colne Union Primary Care Network (PCN).

  • High Street Practice
  • Oakland Medical Centre
  • Otterfield Medical Centre
  • The Green Medical Centre
  • Yiewsley Family Practice

If you want to get involved but are from a different Hillingdon GP Practice or have any questions please email hillconfed.transformationteam@nhs.net
