However, what they have all discovered is that if they had brought their team, they could have implemented the changes much more effectively and sooner. Delegates that attend on their own, then repeat the course a second time

Can I bring my team?

We actively encourage you to bring as many of your team as possible because implementation is easier, and your results will be better. For every ticket purchased by a dentist, you can bring one DCP (nurse, receptionist, or PCC) for free.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, we have a double your investment in 90 days’ guarantee. Most dentists double their investment in one day and within one week, and many achieve a return on their investment within a day. Terms and conditions apply.

How do I fit this around surgery commitments?

We understand that taking time away from the surgery and managing emergency patients can be difficult and there is  no perfect time to do a course. Clients tell us that they wished they had done the workshop at the first opportunity, because they would have quickly recouped their income.

If a practice pays for your self-employed team members, it undermines their self-employed status, they will need to pay for themselves. What they learn will help them build their career and I am sure they will appreciate you encouraging them to invest in themselves.

Yes, there are 22.5 hours verifiable CPD. The GDC does not allow us to include refreshment breaks in the hours awarded.

Your trainer and coach, Dr Jane Lelean, is the only dentist in the world who has been accredited by the International coach federation as a Master Certified Coach. 
Jane is a dentist and has been delivering communication skills training workshops  with dentists and their teams since 2006.
