Patient Experience Improvement conference

10am (registration from 9.30am) - 4pm on Wednesday 28 February 2018


This conference has been organised by NHS Improvement to give heads of patient experience in NHS trusts and foundation trusts to come together with each other and patients to explore approaches to using patient feedback and improvement methodologies focusing on:

  • improving patient experience of NHS care
  • fully utilising patient feedback to enhance services and quality of care. 

Join us at the conference to hear from: 

  • national leaders about how patient experience is influencing policy
  • your peers about how they are embedding experience of care into their organisational DNA. 

 


 

There will also be opportunities to connect with peers and discuss the issues and challenges which are pertinent to you.

We are offering one delegate place per trust to enable as many trusts as possible to partake.

In addition, we will be reserving 12-15 places for patients or others who use the services (one per organisation). We are particularly interested in those who have been involved locally in improvement work. We are happy to book and fund travel for people in this category.
