Patterns in Parenthood is a gentle, creative space for new parents to reconnect with themselves as well as their creativity. Each session begins with a short reflective writing prompt, followed by a mindful activity inspired by pattern and mark-making.

You'll create beautiful, expressive pieces that can become framed artwork, unique greeting cards, or even part of a collective zine!

This is your chance to pause, reflect, and create while babies play nearby or snooze in your sling. Toys and mats are provided to keep little ones occupied, but here, the focus is on you.

Designed and led by parent-artist Jen Collier, this series offers creative nourishment and community in those early, foggy days of parenthood. No art or writing experience needed!
