We’re excited to offer new Pause and Connect sessions where students can come together to engage in creative crafts while having a safe space to talk about their mental health. Whether you’re looking to unwind, express yourself, or simply connect with others, our sessions provide a relaxed environment to share your thoughts and experiences.
These sessions are open to all students, and we encourage you to take time for yourself and explore the positive impact of combining creativity and conversation.
