She works with women navigating self doubt and confidence alongside balancing career and family life —from finding the courage to speak up, transition to a new role or change direction to redefining success through motherhood.
Helen
Helen specialises in helping women at career crossroads find clarity and fresh direction. With a coaching style that’s grounded, encouraging and gently challenging, she supports clients to reconnect with what matters most—then take steps forward with renewed confidence. A former HR leader turned coach, she blends strategic insight with a deep respect for the messy, human side of change.
