It’s a calm pause with just enough structure to help you feel clearer, more focused, and steadily more confident over time.

1. What is a Pause & Prioritise session?It’s a short, guided space to pause and reset before the month ahead. We’ll look back at the past month so you can spot and celebrate what you’ve achieved — adding to your own ‘success bank’ — before setting priorities for the weeks ahead. Each session also offers a gentle invitation to reflect on how confidence can grow in small, steady ways as you move forward.

2. Who is this session for?Professional women who want a calm, structured pause to think clearly, reflect, and focus on what matters most. If your days feel full and you rarely get uninterrupted time to learn from what’s working and plan ahead, this session offers that much-needed breathing space.

3. What happens during the session?We’ll begin with a short grounding exercise to quieten your mind and create space for reflection and thinking. Then, using three simple but powerful reflection prompts, you’ll:

  • Capture and celebrate your wins from the past month (adding to your ‘success bank’)
  • Identify your top priorities for the month ahead
  • Gently consider how you can carry confidence forward as you look back across the successes and challenges of the month and forward into the month ahead

4. Do I need to attend every month?Not at all. You can drop in whenever it works for you. Many people do join monthly, though, as the steady rhythm of pausing, reflecting, and planning helps confidence deepen and priorities stay on track.

5. Why is it only 30 minutes?Because that’s all you need. In half an hour, you can step away from the day, gather your thoughts, and create a focused plan without it becoming another time-draining commitment. It’s long enough to make a difference, short enough to fit into the busiest diary.

She works with women navigating self doubt and confidence alongside balancing career and family life —from finding the courage to speak up, transition to a new role or change direction to redefining success through motherhood.

Helen specialises in helping women at career crossroads find clarity and fresh direction. With a coaching style that’s grounded, encouraging and gently challenging, she supports clients to reconnect with what matters most—then take steps forward with renewed confidence.
