Pause, Refresh and Restart on a Mindfulness Day in Nature

Learn to relax and reconnect with nature using mindfulness and other techniques. Come prepared for a walk so that you can tune into the wonderful countryside around you. Bring a willingness to let go and some all weather clothing to get the most out of the day. If walking's not your thing, don't worry. We'll stay close to our base at The Lodge.
