Pause, Refresh and Restart on a Mindfulness Weekend in Nature

You'll join us for two days of mindfulness, relaxation and connection to nature over the weekend.
Learn to relax and reconnect with nature using mindfulness techniques. Come prepared for a walk so that you can tune into the wonderful countryside around you. Bring a willingness to let go and some all-weather clothing to get the most out of the weekend. If walking's not your thing, don't worry. We'll stay close to our base at The Lodge.
Lunch will be at your own expense at the excellent Loch Leven's Larder cafe where many of the food ingredients have come fresh from the farm.
