Do I need to have meditated before?

No I will guide you through the meditations and techniques.

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothing that you can move in. Layers are sometimes best as your body temperature may change throughout the day.

Do I need to have a yoga mat?

No you can bring a towel or blankets or maybe ask a friend if they could lend you one for the day.

What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, sometimes known as tapping. It is a very gentle technique and involves tapping lightly on meridian points with your fingers. By tapping on these points we switch off the stress response and calm the mind and body.
