Pause & Reset - a gentle December Sound Bath
Overview
🎶 Join me for a gentle Sunday afternoon sound bath 🎶
Let healing vibrations support emotional release, nervous system balance, and deep relaxation 🧘♀️🌲✨
You’ll be guided into deep rest through the resonant tones of Himalayan Full Moon singing bowls, gong, and other therapeutic instruments - techniques I learned during my training in India.
The session takes place in a unique, tranquil studio on the edge of Bramley Bank Nature Reserve, surrounded by trees, birds, and the calming presence of nature.
Session Schedule
- Arrival: 16:00 - 16:10 (doors close promptly at 16:14)
- Sound Journey: 16:15–17:15 pm
- Departure: by 17:30 pm

- Free on-street parking is available on Chapel View. There is no parking on site or along the lane approaching the site.
- Limited yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are available on site, so it’s best to bring your own
🧘♀️ What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, cushion/pillow, optional eye mask, water bottle.
🔒 Important Information & Ticket Conditions
- Arrival: Please arrive between 16:00 and 16:10.
- Start time: The Sound Journey begins promptly at 16:15.
- Late arrivals: Due to the nature of the session, latecomers cannot be admitted once the event has started, and the door will be locked at 16:14.
- Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable.

During the experience, you might notice gentle sensations, shifts in energy, or emotional release. This can be a natural part of deep rest and nervous-system soothing. You are always welcome to adjust your position, take a moment to breathe, or let the facilitator know if you need support at any time.
Guests with hearing aids or implants may perceive sound differently and may choose to remove them for optimal comfort and ease.
⚠️ Contraindications When to Avoid Attending
Sound healing is gentle, yet the vibrations may not be suitable for everyone at certain times. For your safety and ease, please take extra care or seek guidance before attending if you:
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Have a pacemaker or other electronic/metal implants
- Experience heart conditions or high blood pressure
- Have epilepsy, seizures, or sound-triggered migraines
- Live with severe tinnitus or sound sensitivity
- Are recovering from recent major surgery
- Are currently navigating a serious mental health condition where deep relaxation may not feel supportive
