About this event

In a world that’s constantly asking us to do more, this is your invitation to pause, reset, and lead from a place of calm, clarity, and inner strength.

This restorative evening workshop is designed for women in business and enterprise who are ready to step back from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and build resilience that truly lasts – emotionally, mentally, and physically.

What to Expect:

This immersive experience blends science-backed insights with deeply calming, sensory practices. The evening is framed around a powerful three-part journey through the past, present, and future of personal resilience:

Explore your story so far – honour past challenges and reframe them as proof of your strength

Build real-time tools – learn accessible techniques to calm the nervous system and manage stress in the moment

Visualise what’s ahead – close the evening with a grounding, immersive sound bath and future visioning session

Expect a welcoming and supportive environment, complete with herbal tea, journaling prompts, mindful movement, breathwork, and deep rest.

You’ll leave feeling:

· Grounded and reconnected with yourself

· Equipped with tools you can use daily in life or business

· Inspired to move forward with calm confidence and purpose
