Pavement parking webinar - what can we learn from Scotland?

Councils in Scotland have had powers to enforce against cars parked on the pavement since 2019 and were able to start using them in 2023. In this webinar, Sustrans is bringing together local councils, Transport Scotland and disabled people from Scotland. We'll hear about the successes they've had and what other UK nations can learn if they were to grant the same powers.
