Paving the Way: Online Launch Event

Join the Council for Disabled Children and Partners in Care and Health for the online launch of Paving the Way, a resource developed to support practitioners working with autistic young people who are moving on from children’s social care and health services into adulthood.

This event is designed for practitioners working in health, education and social care.

What to Expect:

Expert by experience - Hear from Louise Chandler, autism advocate and expert by experience

Keynote Speakers – Gain insights from the Council for Disabled Children and Partners in Care and Health

Introduction to Paving the Way – Learn about the key themes and findings from the guide, and how to make best use of this resource

Networking & discussion – Connect with others across the country who are committed to making moving on from children’s social care and health services smoother and more effective.
