Pay-Per-Click marketing for small charities

This half-day workshop will look at the basics of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing and what steps you can take to improve your charity's visibility online.

Whether you are looking to improve how potential service users and donors find you, or how the public can find out more about the issues you're campaigning on - this workshop will give you the tools to help your website appear on search engine result pages.


This session will cover:

  • An introduction to Google AdWords, Google Grants and why charities should me making the most of it.
  • Going through the AdWords interface and demonstrating how to set up a campaign.
  • The best way to structure your AdWords campaigns.
  • Ongoing management and reporting of AdWords campaigns.

Third Edge are a London-based digital marketing agency who are passionate about search, social, content, analytics and all things digital. Their goal is to help small charities launch themselves ahead of competitors by providing tailored and accessible digital training and support.

We ask that all attendees arrive 15 minutes before the workshop starts to allow for registration and ensure a timely start and the smooth running of the workshop. Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day, however lunch will not be provided.

Cancellations and Refunds:
If you cancel your place at least 2 full working days before the event takes place then you are entitled to a full refund by request. Refunds for cancellations after this point are given at the discretion of Small Charities Coalition.

If you cannot make a workshop please advise us as soon as possible. Workshops normally have a waitlist and if you notify us early enough then there's a good chance another charity can attend in your place.
