Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple, guided breathing practice where you breathe continuously without pauses between the inhale and exhale. It can help regulate your nervous system, support emotional release, and create a deep sense of inner connection.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. This session is open to complete beginners as well as experienced breathers. Everything will be explained and gently guided, with plenty of space to go at your own pace.

What does “Pay What You Can” mean?

We want to make breathwork accessible to everyone. The suggested contribution is £20, but you’re welcome to pay more or less depending on your circumstances. There’s no need to justify your choice—come as you are.

What should I bring?

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

Can I stop or take a break during the session?

Absolutely. You are always in charge of your experience. You can pause, slow down, or stop at any time. Listening to your body is encouraged.

Do I have to share my experience?

Not at all. Sharing is completely optional. There will be time to reflect or speak after the session, but you're welcome to simply listen, rest, and integrate in your own way.
