Benedict Beaumont is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, teacher, and founder of Breathing Space. With a background in education and transformation, he creates powerful, welcoming spaces for people to explore breathwork safely and deeply. His approach is grounded, empowering, and full of heart.

Not at all. This session is open to complete beginners as well as experienced breathers. Everything will be explained and gently guided, with plenty of space to go at your own pace.
We want to make breathwork accessible to everyone. The suggested contribution is £20, but you’re welcome to pay more or less depending on your circumstances. There’s no need to justify your choice—come as you are.
