About the Speaker - Edward, Senior Manager
Edward is a Senior Manager sitting in KPMG’s Enterprise practice, based in London. He specialises in assisting private companies with their people issues, in particular advising on the design, implementation and operation of equity based incentive arrangements.
Edward has significant experience of advising on management incentive arrangements for high growth and private equity backed companies, including advising on the interaction of such arrangements with transactions.
Prior to joining KPMG, Edward was a solicitor advising on employee incentives and corporate M&A for a range of UK and international clients.
