Sales Have Ended
This is a unique event where we will lift a minimum of 100,000 Kg as a team. The total target will be dependent on the total number of participants.
The total weight lifted will be divided between the following exercises:
Front Squat - 30% (min 30,000 Kg)
Dead-lift - 30% (min 30,000 Kg)
Chest Press - 20% (min 20,000 Kg)
Bent-over row - 20% (Min 20,000 Kg)
Every complete repetition with good form will result in the weight lifted being added to the running total i.e. 10 x 50Kg in a front squat = 500Kg lifted. We will add our totals as a team unitl we reach the overall total.
Please note this challenge is for everyone whether you are lifting 1 or 100Kg. Every Kg gets out team closer to our goal.
