PBL will be delivering a training session for Defra on parliamentary handling, including drafting Parliamentary Handling Plans, and will also invite Whips along to provide insight into what they are looking for when it comes to parliamentary handling of secondary legislation.

The training will be delivered virtually via MS Teams, but there will be a room available in 2MS for anyone who would like to join in person.
