PCS Plus - Developing Mastery Coaching Workshop (Melrose RFC)

This workshop forms part of a national series of Positive Coaching Scotland (PCS) workshops for coaches.

Mastery coaching is an approach that can be taken by coaches that will focus on process over outcome and the 'bigger picture' of developing the whole person as well as mastering sporting skills.

The aim of the workshop is;-

• Develop an understanding of how to create a positive learning environment
• Provide practical tools for coaching practice
