Explore the idea of peace and how you might be able to bring more of it into your life in this workshop brought to you by The Wellbeing Toolkit Project.
This workshop includes information about peace such as how to define it, and what might get in the way of a peaceful lifestyle, including anger and frustration. It then moves on to suggest and discuss practical methods for boosting contentment and improving mood that you can take away and try for yourself, or suggest to others.
**Please note this workshop is only available to students at the University of Bristol who are currently in halls of residence**
