Event description
Peace Doves - Quiet Hour

About this event

During Quiet Hour, we’re closing the Cathedral to general visitors. Adults and children who benefit from visiting the Peace Doves free from the hustle and bustle can enjoy the installation in a more relaxed setting. For example, those with autism spectrum conditions, or neurodiversity or sensory processing differences.

What is the Peace Doves Installation?

Peace Doves is a mass participation art project, made from thousands of paper doves, with messages of hope, peace and love. The doves have been curated into the artwork you'll see suspended above the Well by internationally renowned sculptor and artist Peter Walker. You'll find more information about the artwork and its creator on our website.
