Join us on a non-residential basis for one or two soul-nourishing days during our weekend retreat. You’ll share in the same rich programme as residential guests - guided mindfulness, movement, deep rest, creative practices, and delicious food - while returning to your own bed at night.
This is a beautiful option if you’re local or prefer not to stay over, but still want to experience the warmth, connection, and renewal the retreat offers.
