`1.Bookings can only be accepted on receipt of an appropriate deposit.

2. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in any event, and can only be accepted by the party organiser.

3. Cancellations can only be made by the party organiser and must be made in writing to enquire@christmasofficeparty.co.uk. We do not accept cancellations over the telephone.

Cancellation charges and refunds will be calculated as follows:

• If you cancel more than 110 days p.t.e.d we will refund 100% less deposit.
• If you cancel more than 56 days but less than 110 days p.t.e.d we will refund you 50% less deposit.
• If your cancel 56 days or less p.t.e.d there will be no refund

4. Any monies lost as a result of cancellations or drop-outs cannot be used for any other goods or services (including but not limited to drinks or casino money pre-orders).
