Event description

Description

Pearson College London will be holding an open evening for our exciting Business Incubator Programme!

About The Business Incubator Programme: we are interested in inter alia donating 12 months of London based office space in our new state-of-the-art premises to an Edtech start-up. The chosen start-up will become our first incubator company for 12 months, commencing January 2017. This is not in exchange for any equity.

The event will kick-off with an introductory talk from Will Holt (Dean, Pearson Business School) about the university and its vision. It will be followed by Eva Weber (Investment Director at Venture Founders) who will give a short talk to challenge your way of thinking and provide a fresh perspective on business. David Porter (PCL alumni) who came up with the idea as part of his academic studies will then briefly talk about the story behind the Business Incubator Programme. Best of all, you’ll get a chance to meet us (a friendly bunch) over drinks and nibbles to ask any questions you have about the project or the university!

Make sure you register here to accommodate a quick and easy access to the event venue on the day, and if you know someone else who you think would be interested feel free to spread the word and bring them with you!
