Jo Dennis and Carlos Alba in conversation with Rodrigo Orrantia
This talk presents three projects, 'Cropped Up' by Jo Dennis, 'The Observation of Trifles' by Carlos Alba and 'The Radiant City' by Aisling McCoy. These projects -two of them on show at Peckham 24- share a particular use of photography as a tool to investigate the urban environment. They also experiment with the photographic image as object, reinserting it into the city as an installation and blurring the boundaries between original and representation. These premises will be the start of a conversation with Dennis and Alba, hosted by photography curator Rodrigo Orrantia.
